Introducing Butlering Services

The purpose of the seminar is to train hotel staff responsible for VIPs (Very Important Persons), such as musicians, actors, high-ranking business executives, etc., in general conduct and behavior towards these guests.

Participants will be able to anticipate and identify clients’ needs before they are explicitly communicated, handle difficult or demanding clients, and manage negative situations appropriately. Additionally, they will acquire skills related to specialized VIP services and proper etiquette.
