Development of leadership skills

The purpose of the seminar is to enhance the leadership skills of participants so that they are not merely decision executors but also actively engage in the planning, implementation, and control of their departments and the organization as a whole. Participants may include Department Heads or Executive Managers.

 

Upon completing the seminar, participants will be able to observe and influence behaviors, either by motivating or encouraging them. They will be equipped to address any issues arising among department staff and manage teams effectively. Additionally, they will be capable of fostering internal communication and success among employees.
