Coaching of employees
The purpose of the training seminar is to develop skills among staff so that they can achieve their personal and team goals within the company. Department heads will be trained to become effective coaches for their staff.
A good manager, therefore, must understand the characteristics of a good coach and the tools for implementation to effectively train their department. Participants will develop coaching skills, attentive listening, and diversity management.
